Requirements:

  • University Degree, preferably Aviation Management,
  • Basic computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications,
  • Good command of English, both written & verbal,
  • Preferably 0-2 years of office experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting new hired during the onboarding and leaving flight crew members during the offboarding processes,
  • Coordination and follow-up of flight crew’s uniforms & accessories,
  • Document collection and retention for Flight Operations and Training Department,
  • Data processing within various platforms, maintaining data up-to-date and consistent,
  • Preparation, submission, and follow-up of routine periodic reports,
  • Preparation of documents related to flight related ID cards and coordination/follow-up of card production,
  • Assisting flight crew members to communicate and coordination among company departments,
  • On demand assisting Crew Scheduling Department for flight crew’s duty travels, accommodation, flight ticket, ground transportation etc..
