Compliance Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking aCompliance Monitoring Specialist who will work at Freebird Airlines Office in Antalya.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering as Aviation Management or Industrial or related field with aviation,
• At least 3 years of experience in Management Systems and related aviation regulations and standards (Regulations of EASA, DGCA and IATA, Standards of ISO 9001, IOSA, etc.)
• Good knowledge of English and Turkish, (in writing and speaking)
• Ability to use computer, e.g., MS Office applications,
• Being confidential and open-minded,
• Strong discussion skills and analysis /synthesis capabilities,
• High learning capability, quick adaptation to changes,
• Being target-oriented, having the ability to set priorities for effective time management,
• Organizational and teamwork ability,
• High responsibility and stress resistance.

Tasks:

• Assists Compliance Monitoring Manager with proper implementation and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Program (organize the audits, follow-up Audit Plan),
• Monitor the effectiveness of possible corrective action,
• Coordinate and represent company during external audits,
• Monitor effective implementation of company procedures, regulatory requirements, and standards,
• Perform internal and external audits and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions as an authorized auditor,
• Support for recording, filing and making the general correspondence (e.g.; EASA, DGCA etc.),
• Prepare related reports periodically.
