 ZF Group company ZF Sachs Turkey, located in Gebze-Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a qualified professional for its growing organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To utilize problem solving techniques ( 8-D, Zero defects, etc.) to analyze, evaluate and permanently correct internal and external customer issues as appropriate
• To support production lines and segments as a part of process chain
• To ensure that products coming out of production lines can satisfy the requirements of the customer; to participate in all works affecting and determining the quality of product during production
• To analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints
• To conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions
• To develop trainings to build the quality awareness

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in quality related production area in automotive industry
• Knowledge of the quality standards such as TS 16949, ISO 9001, Lean manufacturing, PFMEA etc.
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Analytical thinking, team player, well organized, strong commitment
• No military obligation for male candidates
