QUALIFICATIONS

We are leading company in glass and looking for a Sales and Marketing Supervisor for our Yorglass Manisa Plant.

• University degree in Engineering,
• Having experience in business-to-business sales in industrial production is an asset,
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
• Excellent command both writing and speaking English and good command of German,
• Good communication and negotiation skills,
• Team player who can cooperate well with people,
• Must reside in Manisa or İzmir side,
• A valid current driving license is essential,
• No restrictions to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Finds new customers and business opportunities in specified market and product range according to production capabilities.
• Makes market and competition analysis continuously.
• Controls the propriety of the related customers’ orders according to agreed working parameters.
• Develops the customer relations positively.
• Compares the related customers budget/order situation continuously.
• Monitors the customer performance (financial/order/claim/logistic)
• Makes business development and represent the company at related organizations.
