Tender Specialist

We are looking for a "Tender Specialist" to be based in Company Headquarter (Altunizade/İstanbul). This role will be responsible for the following;

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS Degree preferably in maritime transportation and management engineering or related fields,
• Min 2 years of sales experience in the logistics sector,
• Fluent in English,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• No restriction on traveling,
• Should have a B-type driving license with minimum 2 years of driving experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing customer research strategies, researching potential customers and taking an active role in the potential identification of these customers,
• Negotiate and collaborate with customer stakeholders through business planning process and provide commitment,
• Preparing presentations for customer visits in line with expected targets, researching their needs and finding solutions, producing projects to maximize customer satisfaction,
• Managing the procurement and contracting processes of tenders,
• Developing and supervising the after-sales services,
• Acting coordinately with the brand strategy,
• working closely with the logistics, low, insurance, sales operation and trade departmans,
  
• Analyzing and keeping track of competitors in the industry,
• Preparing monthly analysis reports of customers,
• Managing potential and existing customers.
