QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Turaş was established in 1984 with 100% equity capital to produce gas valves for domestic and industrial cookers. Now, Turaş continues its activities in 18.000 m² areas on Silivri / İstanbul, by exporting gas valves to over 40 countries. 

Turaş Group, which ranked first in the sector in Turkey, and among the top 3 in the world, produces innovative solutions for the sector with more than 150 patent applications and its R& D center was opened in 2017. 

Our goal is, to become a local solution partner for our global customers who locate in different geographies and through this, to become a global technology manufacturer.

Turaş has become one of the biggest in the sector with advanced engineering techniques and a wide, innovative model range. With its own Turmach automation systems, Turaş produces its own technology and production lines. In this way, industry 4.0 applications are carried out on production lines. 

Now, We are looking for a passionate Quality Manager who will join our team at Turaş

  • Leads digitization efforts, including dashboards, and analyzes field service data on a cost basis to improve quality and service failure rates.
  • Manage management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, and/or ISO TSE 16949,
  • Filters, prioritizes and provides regular reports and updates to relevant departments and upper management
  • Produces meaningful metrics when needed and coordinates for issue resolution through regular meetings and visits.
  • Utilizes field experience to contribute inputs to New Product Introduction (NPI) and change management for new products, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and positively impact warranty costs.
  • Coordinates the process for swift and high-quality resolution of ticket calls from the field, regularly reporting the current status.
  • Ensures the standardization and updates of Technical Documents and bulletins from operational and outsourced units for each new product platform, considering the customer perspective to create an excellent field experience for technicians and end-users.
  • Prepares special field reports when necessary for new products and prioritizes and provides input for early-stage issue resolutions.
  • To ensure standardized, accessible, and easily trackable field service data in global and subsidiary operations, generates actions and projects .
