Main Purpose of the job

Implementation Engineer had key role of ordering and managing Türk Telekom services. This position is the only and key position who understands and able to problem free managing the order placement towards Türk Telekom International and following the service delivery with proactively managing the technical questions and upcoming problems during the implementation. This role is very special and requires deep understanding regarding Türk Telekom International structure and procedures and administration.

Desirable knowledge and experience:

•       Experience in analysis and contracts within the IT / Telecoms area.
•       Understanding of the IT / Telecoms technologies.

 Knowledge and experience required:

•       B.Sc. degree in Electronics and CommunicationsEngineering or relevant field
•       3+ years experiences on Implementation Engineer positions
•       Knowledge of Project Management,
•       Advance knowledge of DWDM/SDH/ETH,
•       Telecommunications service delivery, Order management, back office administration.
•       Great teamwork skills, communicative, quality & customer orientation, flexible and initiative, self-sufficient to initiate and execute his/her own agenda, well organized and documented.
•       Strong requirement is to know and understand the ordering procedure and administration of Türk Telekom services, wholesale partnership.
•       Strong requirement to have experience about the ordering procedure and cooperation with Türk Telekom wholesale services
•        Very high problem solving and structuring skills, with the ability to simplify complex areas
•        Able to work well independently and within a team
•        Advance knowledge of MS Office tools,
•        Advance knowledge of SAP,
•        Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
•        Male Candidates, preferably should have no military obligation
•        Excellent command of English

Responsibilities:

• Keep communication with Customers, Sales, Technical team and TT organization. Document the status, technical parameters.
• Handling escalations, upcoming issues during implementation.
• Updating our databases like CRM, BSS, NOS, Customer Portal, Internal Excel reports, External Customer reports
• Manage SAP purchase orders, goods receive bookings, invoice approval and provide information to accounting team about asset activation. Perform card reconciliation tasks.
• Using the TT software system for placing and managing orders.
• Professional order and implementation management helps to hand over more services and with earlier date. This increase the company revenue.
• Professional project management and communication helps resolving issues internally and externally and increases Customer satisfaction. Higher Customer satisfaction provides more orders.
• Better documentation means faster fault handling, less payback due to SLA breach. Higher Customer satisfaction.
• Good reporting helps our management to see the trends and make good decisions.
• Customer portal and personalized Customer reports increases the Customer satisfaction and results more orders.
