Operations Team is the center of operations at Trendyol! The team manage end-to-end operation activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. These are five main disciplines within Operations Team: Warehouse Management, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations Business Development, Operational Excellence and Warehouse Projects & Optimization. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (engineering, business administration, economy etc.). Masters degree is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer/partner relations management, process development
  • Experience in developing, implementing and following CRM and loyalty program strategies is a bonus
  • Experienced in "agile" working environment and project and familiar with project iteration culture
  • Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve seller problems
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills.
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProactive and results oriented approach
  • Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English


YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Focus on improving sellers' operational relationship with related cargo partners
  • Providing the best delivery experience to our sellers by collaborating with cargo partners
  • Determine need analysis and create processes to improve seller engagement
  • Follow e-commerce & marketplace environment best practices, develop projects that will improve seller engagement and follow up the actions to be taken by other teams
  • Interpret and synthesize seller feedbacks from various sources (surveys, operational data, contact center data, social media, organizations and research)
  • Regular measurement of seller engagement KPI's and making necessary arrangements by detecting improvement areas
