The Team

The Team inside the stores collectively strives to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. The team works together to uphold the store's reputation, achieve sales targets, and create a positive environment that reflects the values of PVH. Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success, ensuring that the store remains a destination of choice for customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.

The Position

Reporting directly to the store management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.

·        Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and values

·        Use effective sales techniques so as to achieve set goals

·        Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador

·        Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work climate

·        Assist in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards

·        Check stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are present

The Ideal Candidate

·        Previous experience in the role in retail settings

·        Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills

·        Excellent standing and polished presence

·        Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

·        Willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends
