We are seeking a dynamic, analytic, results driven, professional 'Customer Service Receptionist’ with below qualifications;

Responsibilities:

  • Operate telephone switchboard to receive and forward calls.
  • Receive payments and record receipts for services.
  • Route emergency calls correctly
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as typing, proofreading, transcribing, input entry in “acsis” and “CIS”
  • Ensure that spare part orders and products for repair are entered to the system within 24 hours.
  • Use paging and interoffice communication equipment.
  • Greet people visiting the organization for CS.
  • Settle and solve complaints coming from walk-in customers.
  • Contact security staff when needed.
  • File and maintain repair records data in “acsis” and “CIS”
  • Transmit information to customers, using computers, mail
  • Refer to catalogues, directories, or databases to answer customer questions.
  • Make telephone calls and set up conference calls.
  • Calculate and quote prices or rates for products or services.


Requirements

  • 2-4 years University degree
  • MS Excel, World, Powerpoint,
  • 2 years of experience in the position
  • English is a plus,
  • Analytical, communication and problem solving skills,
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.

    More than 2 years of experience
    Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
