QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
TFI is looking for a Technology Governance Consultant who will design, ensure implementation and controls all governance structure of TFI and TFI Companies in line with local regulations and global regulations such as SOX, ISO27001, ITIL, etc. requirements.
Job Description:
As a Technology Governance Consultant, you will
- Lead implementation of technology governance frameworks in order to increase quality, performance and effectiveness,
- Review and assess the current IT processes according to best practices and frameworks, define the improvement needs and prioritize actions,
- Ensure that IT procedures align with regulatory and corporate requirements,
- Prepare, manage and update IT processes, workflows, policies and procedures according to changing processes and follow up that they are applied in all TFI companies,
- Report monthly Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) metrics,
- Track actions for all audit and assess, compliance and certification issues,
- Work closely with business units to analyze and define business requirements,
- Align information technology resources with business requirements to achieve strategic goals,
- Effectively contribute to project management processes, including scope management, project organization, resourcing, plan development and risk management,
- Prepare audit requirements for both internal and external and coordinate internal/external audit processes,
- Manage IT risk inventory.
General Qualifications:
- University degree from a reputable university, preferably in engineering,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business & Strategy Consulting focusing on technology,
- Experience in designing IT business processes especially in SOX projects,
- Experience in IT governance frameworks (COBIT, COSO, CMM, etc.) is a must,
- Certifications such as ITIL, ISO 27001 is a plus,
- IT audit and compliance experience is a must,
- Ability and willingness to follow and implement new technologies,
- Effective time management and simultaneous business execution skills,
- Excellent verbal, written and social communication skills,
- Excellent problem-solving ability,
- Fluent in English.
