TCI, the subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, was established in December 2010. The headquarters and manufacturing sites are located in Europe’s largest MRO Center, next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, Türkiye. 

TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical/Electronics/Aerospace/Aeronautics/Astronautical/Mechatronics Engineering or having proven experience in electrical system or harness design.
• Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Have good communication skills
• Have technical knowledge in harness design
• Have good problem-solving ability
• Be good at collaboration and teamwork
• Have aviation knowledge (Preferred)
• Have avionics knowledge (Preferred)
• Have harness design knowledge
• Have system engineering knowledge
• Program Level: Office(Advance), Catia V5 (Preferred), Enovia (Beginner), Teamcenter(Beginner), VBA(Preferred), Programming Knowledge(Preferred), Solid Edge (Preferred)

Job Description

• Prepare the definition of the electrical system integration to seat and cabin monuments.
• Ensure electrical design is compliance with aviation and international requirements and standards (EASA, FAA, OEMs, ARINC etc)
• Prepare cable diagram and block diagram
• Define cable definition of cable and connector
• Define the required electrical system components
• Prepare technical documents of harnesses
• Prepare technical drawing of harnesses
• Design cable routing in electrical components
• Check the 3D data and installation drawing of electrical systems
• Prepare the project documents of electrical systems
• Lead the electrical systems of projects
