QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking, within our increasing scope, a new team member for our Electrical Connector Systems Division as "ECS Sales Manager" at our headquarters in TUZLA / ISTANBUL. Our new colleague should have the following qualifications.

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electric-Electronic Engineering from a reputable university,
  • At least 7-10 years of sales and management experience,
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English is a must,
  • Well organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated,
  • High energy level and ability to work in teams,
  • Should have a valid driver license with a active driving skills,,
  • Residing in/or possibility to move Istanbul Asian side,  
  • Military service should be completed for male candidates.

Main Tasks:

  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans,
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand,
  • Track and communicate with new big projects to be in the RFP's of potential customers, 
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results,
  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies,
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met,
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly,
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals,
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them,
  • Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors,
  • Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process,
  • Prepare reporting as needed,

Preferred Candidate

7 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
Class B
