Export Sales Support Specialist

We are currently looking for an "Export Sales Support Specialist" to join our Export Team in İstanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or closely related field,
• Min. 2 years of experience in export sales and customer management, preferably in Furniture industry,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, fluency in French or Spanish,
• Having sense of detail and able to take initiative and responsibility,
• Ability to travel internationally as needed,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
• Valid driving license class B and active driver,
• Residing in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring and organizing sales process by working in close coordination with planning, production, and logistic departments,
• Following up customer orders, production lead times, payments and dispatching of goods,
• Evaluating customer feedback, following up customer complaints in related departments, producing fast and effective solutions,
• Maintaining regular contact with international customers to increase customer satisfaction,
• Developing plans and strategies by coordinating with Export Sales Manager to achieve sales targets,
• Working on identifying new sales channels in foreign markets,
• Attending customer visits and international exhibitions, as needed.
