QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


In the field of SAP Software Solutions and Consultancy, as Solvia Digital Solutions, we are one of the SAP gold partners that provide unique and innovative solutions to our customers in various sectors by providing SAP implementation in domestic and foreign projects. In January 2019, we associate with Döhler. After this association, we improve and globalize together.


Now we are looking for “Senior Sales Executive”, who will add value to our team.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales of complex software/IT solutions, ERP experience is a plus,

  • Graduated from related departments of reputable universities,
  • Fluent in English (both writing & speaking),

  • The Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-Level executives including CFO, CPO and CEO required,

  • Proven track record in business application software sales,

  • An active listener in order to understand customer needs,

  • A good communicator in expressing value,
  • Good at preparing proposals and closing deals,
  • Have an acquaintance with SAP consultancy ecosystem,
  • Ability to execute sales activities for Solvia TR and Solvia Germany,
  • Domestic and International travel without barriers.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing software/service revenue for both new and existing Solvia customers,
  • Build relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts,
  • Form strategic account plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, application descriptions, forecast reports, and action items,
  • Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the entire SAP S4/HANA product line,
  • Develop, share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors,
  • Interact with the current sales organization and colleagues in SAP organisation in pursuit of overall customer satisfaction,

  • Assume full responsibility of quota attainment,
  • Participation and involvement in applicable conferences and digital events,

  • All other duties as assigned.
