Accounting & Reporting Team Leader

Our company is a part of global organization which is one of the leaders in its industry. We are looking for a candidate to join our team as 'Accounting & Reporting Team Leader.'

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics or similiar,
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in tax, having Big 4 experience is a plus,
• Professional experience in local tax laws and local GAAP,
• Experience in IFRS/USGAAP is a plus,
• CPA qualification and SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Good command of English,
• Advanced analytical skills and strategic thinking ability,
• Proven problem-solving skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Reporting to the Controller, the position will be mainly responsible for;

• Organizing and monitoring the daily activity of the accounting department by supervising the team,
  
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with local tax legislations and USGAAP,
• Monitoring the amendments and new developments in the accounting and the tax legislations and ensuring their correct enforcement,
• Preparing and submitting tax statements to local tax authorities,
• Performing costing calculations and entries in financials,
• Realizing Corporate Tax calculations and declarations,
• Performing Capex reporting and bookings,
• Assisting the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts,
• Working directly with other departments to ensure that various processes are properly interacts with financial reporting,
• Ensuring all statutory and group reporting requirements are met on time with accuracy.
