QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Sales Assistant Specialist - UK" to take care of sales of UK market from Istanbul office.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences,
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales,
  • Preferably worked in the Electronic Component Sales before,
  • Able to travel UK several times in a year
  • Excellent written and spoken in English as native speaker (English is mandatory)
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs 
  • Valid driving license and active driver ,
  • Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills,
  • High energy level, self-motivating, sales-oriented and excellent team playersales target.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Initiate and develop our electronic component business in the UK market,
  • To sale our electronic component product portfolio to UK market,
  • Continue to build relationships and network with the industry's leading players in UK
  • Analyzing the market, develop the plans according to strategies in coordination with the BDM to achieve the regional sales target,
  • Communicate regularly with all customers in UK through call, e-mail, visit, exhibition etc.
  • Tracking the payments ensures that the financial debts are compatible with the company's and customer's accounts.
  • Analyzing the demands of the customers, carrying out the necessary studies and coordination to fulfill these demands
  • Develop technical solutions and prepare proposals
  • Collaborate with the procurement to determine the optimum pricing strategy for the offers
  • Coordinate commercial, legal, logistics and other relevant teams during proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
  • Follow internal processes from order to shipment by coordinating relevant teams to ensure successful delivery, commissioning and after-sales support.
  • It plans and organizes the daily work schedule with the sales support team, serves existing accounts, prepares offers and receives orders.
  • Inform management by sending activity and results reports such as weekly work plans, monthly and annual regional analysis.
  • Perform competitor analysis, create and maintain processes for competitor assessment. Search for potential projects to improve sales 
  • Find and bring the new customers and potential projects
  • Planning sales activities to reach the sales target, carry out and follow up the other activities 
  • Attend or organize related meetings, activities, workshops, exhibition
