Job Description 

• Analyze failure data and calculate KPI’s, Calculate significant performance indicators, in particular KPI. Execute technical analysis; executes assessment on maintenance efficiency and effectiveness. Check any weak points relevant to technical matters.
• Complete the various sections of the report, including management summary.
• Evaluate the overall situation - resolve any operative conflict. Evaluate the overall situation and the short-term trend. Resolve any operative conflict between operation and maintenance needs.
• Half yearly Maintenance Plan         
• Twelve-month look ahead
•  Budget verification and trend
•  KPI analysis and KPI trend
•  Proposal for improvements
•  Suggestion for corrective actions implementation
•  Suggestion for recovery plan
•  Completes the various sections of the report, including management summary and technical reports, if any.
• No issues with traveling abroad and performing duties.
  

Educational Level and Training:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical industrial engineering
• English language (speaks, read and write) is vital.

        Required Experience:

•  Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in the oil and gas industries.  Knowledge of industrial maintenance techniques. (PM, PDM, CMMS, RCM, TPM) Good communication and technical writing skills.
•  Ability to estimate, plan, schedule and complete work orders in a timely fashion.
• Ability to manage budget and to estimate costs related to various projects.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and to support the maintenance teams.
• Develop and implement equipment reliability initiatives.
• Assist maintenance employees in their day to day work by giving technical advice 
• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving as needed.
• Review and optimize the predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Communicate daily with area coordinators.
• Implement improvement projects (scope, cost estimation, request capital money, supervision of fieldwork and commissioning).         Investigate frequent equipment failures to help identify root cause and implement long term solutions.
