QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

SAF Healths, offers a uniquely diverse portfolio of products and solutions for Medical Equipments and OTC in Turkey. We are distributor of leading brands of many countries in the sectors in which we operate. Such as England, France, Canada, Australia.

 

SAF Healths is looking for a “Product Manager “for OTC group, HQ (Kagithane/IST). A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below. 

 

Qualifications

·         Graduation from Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business Administration or related departments is preffered

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         5-7 years experience in similar position

·         Product management experience in OTC portfolio is a plus

·         Very good level of MS Office (especially in Excel&Powerpoint)

  • Advanced presentation and communication skills, strategic and analytic thinking

·         Excellent command of English 

·         No restrictions for travelling within Turkey or abroad.

·         No military obligation for male candidates  

 

 

Job Description:

·         Developing the marketing and promotional strategies for the products in that division/unit. Working together with field force, the product manager should have the drive for effective execution of the strategies

·         Develops brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets

·         Conduct necessary marketing research studies for better market understanding and developing appropriate promotional materials and activities

·         Analyse market needs, identify and create marketing plan and competitor strategies

·         Coordination of digital media marketing activities

·         Study on pricing methodologies, communication plan and positioning of the portfolio in the market

·         Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results

·         Monitor product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective actions

·         Making customer visits, developing strong interaction to analyse dynamics and trends

·         Liaise with the advertising agencies regarding  the marketing campaigns including social media marketing

·         Creating marketing tools, trainings, presentations for sales force

·         Establishing partnerships with related health associations

·         Lead national and regional conferences – engage KOLs

·         Prepare and present business reviews in regional meetings

·         Manage all A&P (advertising & promotion) budget in-line with the annual plans

·         Collaborate with medical, supply chain, field force and all other parties, ensure flawless communication

·         %100 compliance with local and global policies
