QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary


The Human Resources Director is responsible for shaping the future of our company to ensure HR strategies are in alignment with the overall company strategy. The Human Resources Director contributes to both the strategic and tactical levels to cultivate Part2b’s culture as Part2b scales at a rapid pace. HR director will establish the all HR team after joining the company which will include Talent Acquisition Division, Employee Engagement Division, HR Risk& Compliance Division, and Learning& Development Division.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Self-motivated and excited to build HR strategies and procedures from the start-up with a growing business while integrating current procedures that should be maintained.
  • Working knowledge of applicable governmental human-resource-related laws and requirements required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain a demanding schedule in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to handle best practices in the use of HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective communication among management and employees, encouraging a culture of cooperation, teamwork, and open and effective communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.



Educational/Professional Requirements & Experience Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field required. MS Degree in HR or MBA strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience as an HR professional, 3+ years in a management role required.
  • Expert competency in Microsoft Office suite, primarily Word and Excel.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience in a high growth business preferred.
  • Experience working as part of the leadership team, with a keen understanding of business strategy, business process, and how HR aligns with overall business priorities as required.
  • Experience with ADP Workflow, employee/manager self-service, company intranets, and other technology-based tools are required.
  • Experience managing outside vendors and consultants, with strong negotiation skills required.
  • Experience creating policies, processes, and programs; not just functioning with predetermined structures.
  • Experience in start-up and/or technology preferred
