Responsibilities:

· Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

· Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

· Create and manage precise strategy for each customer

· Negotiate business conditions with customers

· Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand Increase business opportunities through various routes to market

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

· Provide expert consultation to senior management to prevent company exposure to risks or economical loss

· Analyze results and trends

· Share the important customers´ information with other departments

· Develop customer-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key customer retention and development, and high performance
