We are looking for a ‘Technical Office Engineer’ for our business partner in Industrial Equipment Manufacturing sector which is located in İzmir.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering department 
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Technical Office Engineering  
• Fluency in both verbally and written English 
• Understanding of reading contract documents and specifications 
• Having basic understanding of policies and procedures and be able to identify problems and make recommendations for resolution 
• Good at MS Office (especially in excel and powerpoint) 
• Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills 
• No restriction for travelling

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the accurate processing of submittals in order to ensure the correct products and materials are installed throughout the Project 
• Preparation, review and coordination of contract documents, plans and procedures, all engineering design submittals 
• Prepare the contractor’s list of deliverables (submittal of drawings, design and materials) as well as ensures the compliance with the contract and project requirements 
• Coordinate between the designers/subcontractors and clients’ engineering teams/consultants ensuring that all requirements are conveyed clearly and delivered upon 
• Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process 
• Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works 
• Prepare and/or control quantity surveying, payment applications and change ordersin coordination with site technical team 
• Maintain organized and detailed project records. Preparation and review of subcontractor contracts
