JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implementing the Operations and Reservation business plan in order to achieve turnover, business and productivity targets. 
  
• To fully implement the processes and workflow of the Operations and Reservation Unit. 
• To operate the demand follow-up process to return the reservations to sales. 
  
• Working in coordination with the Sales unit to add new sales channels to the system.
• Participating in current and potential agency meetings when necessary. 
  
• Quotation for Customized Tour requests, preparation of offers, making and following all kinds of correspondence required for the operation of the confirmed offers, making and following up the reservations of services such as transfer, restaurant, vehicle, plane, boat tour and entering the reservations into the system, guide finding and completing the operation. 

For all Escorted tours; 

• to make reservations and blockages from hotels, to follow up, to increase or decrease the number of rooms if necessary, 
• making flight ticket reservations for groups including flight tickets, tracking their options and delivering tickets to guests, 
• reserve and send the appropriate vehicle to the group, 
• sending name lists to hotels, 
• to control group transfers in the system and to inform the guests of the return pickup times through the guides and to enter the same hours into the system, 
• make necessary meal reservations, 
• making reservations for necessary optional tours (balloons, boats, dervish), 
• to inform stores the details of groups (date, number of contacts, directory name and phone number), 
• preparing files and equipment (map, luggage tag, etc.) for the guides and explaining the tour, 
• attend all group briefings and farewell dinners if needed 
• Examining and approving the files of the guides at the end of the tour, 
• to examine the questionnaires of all guests and to take the necessary actions and report 
• Making data entries for reservations to the system. 
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers when necessary. 
• Preparing operation guide file, checking during file closing. 
• To operate the demand follow-up process to return the reservations to sales.
• Managing the billing and payment process. 
• Receiving quotations from suppliers when necessary. 
• Creating profit & loss report of finished files.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of Travel market and Operation in Turkey,
  
• Well organized and use time efficiently,
  
• Bright, intelligent, and a quick-thinker,
  
• Believes in team spirit,Has strong communication, collaborative,
  
• Able to use office equipment, comfortable on learning new technologies and computer usage,
  
• 3 or more year experience in leisure travel arrangements and operation,
  
• Fluency in English,
  
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
