QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Unit Supervisor responsible from local & global markets reporting to Marketing Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related departments,
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience preferably in automotive sector, minimum 2 years of experience of leading a team,
  • Experience with field sales will be a plus,
  • Experience in B2B marketing and global markets,
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written,
  • Project Management skills and commercial mind set,
  • Capable of understanding of business issues/opportunities,
  • Deep understanding of channel/trade marketing plan, trade promotion design, loyalty campaigns, performance tracking,  budget management, incentive programmes, fairs & organization management,
  • Experience of working with suppliers across multiple channels, working in a matrix organization with complex interfaces,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop national/channel, region & country specific trade marketing and customer engagement strategies to drive revenue growth. 
  • Develop, execute & monitor campaigns, projects, activities and promotions to increase penetration, sell-in / sell-out figures in line with the brand priorities.  
  • Propose yearly budget and timeframe by region/channel with the expected KPIs & ROI in line with the business objectives.
  •  Develop and execute offers and programs for the customers to Drive Customer Advocacy & Loyalty.
  •  Support presence of the brands by providing appropriate POS and POP materials.
  •  Develop & Coordinate incentive programs/trips, customer meetings / events organisation, management & execution.
  • Develop Trade Marketing guidelines and advice on promotional standards by brand, customer and channel.
  •  Monitor sales point's performance to ensure figures are in line with the product/brand plans, feedback when actions need to be taken.
  •  Tracking of distribution performance, competitive activities and ongoing product performance.
  •  Trade marketing spend optimization & follow-up: Closely track & analyse trade marketing spend effectiveness and provide measures accordingly 
  •  Turquality process management.
