We’re looking for exceptionally talented individuals and offer you the chance to become a member of the newly formed and highly ambitious Daimler Mobility Global Tech-Hub that will be based in Istanbul but delivering solutions to all of our group entities globally. Accordingly, we are seeking a Senior Software Solution Architect for one of our product teams, which is developing and delivering complex financial solutions in several Daimler Mobility markets around the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of solutions following best practices and formal methodologies
• Performing of evaluations of technology standards, tools/products and solutions
• Make rational design decisions from business and technical perspectives and clearly  communicate recommendations to IT application teams
• Participate in the analysis, planning, and execution of IT-enabled business solutions
• Define guidelines and recommendations based on leading industry practices tailored to our needs and infrastructure
• Manage vendors and work with internal development teams to ensure successful product outcomes
• Take user stories created by Product Owners and determine and define the technical aspects of the story
• Be an active member in a product focused scrum team
• Investigate and recommend new and emerging tools and technologies to assist teams in achieving outcomes
• Support implemented solutions by conducting root cause analysis on issues
• Clearly document solution and product architectures and maintain documentation for existing and future products

Qualifications/Experience:

• Our working language is English. Therefore,excellent command of English (written and verbal) is amust, German would be an asset
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, Master’s degree would be an advantage
• 7+ years related experience, ideally in large enterprise environments and/or financial services
• In-depth understanding of how to digitize and optimize processes
• Proven track record in developing and implementing complex digital projects
• Experience with .NET framework, .NET core, C#, Angular 6+, Javascript, TypeScript, ASP.NET Razor Pages, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Microservices Architecture, EF, EF Core and SQL
• Working knowledge of one or more of the following is also highly desirable: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, ServiceStack, Hangfire, Design Patterns (MVVM, Repository, Unit of Work, IoC Container, Dependency Injection, etc.), TDD (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest), Test Automation (Cucumber, Selenium), Atlassian products (JIRA Software, Confluence, Bitbucket), Business Process Modeling Language (BPML), Low Code Development with OpenText Appworks, Abbyy FlexiCapture 12, Abbyy MobileCapture SDK
• Good understanding of project management, system/software development lifecycle (SDLC) techniques and various industry standard agile practices (DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Scrum, Kanban)
• Agile Product Owner / Scrum Master certification a plus
• Ability to work in international teams
