We are looking for R&D Senior Specialist to report to R&D Manager for R&D Center located in Tire.

  JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Master of science is preffered
• Having worked at least 3 years in plastic injection, plastic injection molding or polymer production or medical device production.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Experience in ISO 13485, GMP, clean room production area is a plus
• Having experience of 3D part designing, tolerance analysis, knowledge on plastic materials is preferred
• Strong communication skills both within the team and with other teams
• Understanding needs of the market and the customer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Mechanical designing and development of new and existing medical devices parts (with considering function, directives and production suitability)
• Leading and participating the new product projects and realizing assigned responsibilities of projects by following design and change management system
• Ensures that projects requiring expertise are completed on time and within budget.
• Determining product, raw material, component, machine specifications, investigation of suppliers
• Supporting projects carried out by other leaders when necessary in areas of expertise
• Preparing product drawings and prototypes
• Monitoring the timely implementation of critical steps in the projects he/she leads.
• Reporting anticipated delays to the R&D team leader or R&D manager with solution suggestions.
• Creating new product prescriptions (BOM)
• Preparing Design & Process risk analysis (DFMEA, PFMEA etc.) 
• Participating validation
