Construction and Development Manager

It will be very effective to manage all Construction, Design and Maintenance under one umbrella. Managing all construction processes, maintenance cases, design works, coordination with other teams, vendor relationship is the essence of the construction/ design & maintenance workscope.

·        Extensive experience of the construction industry at a management level (5+ years) and 10+ years at other levels

·        Experience of working with multi-site construction and fast roll out of a fixed concept is a strong advantage

·        Experience of negotiating tenders required

·        Knowledge of all aspects of construction required

·        Project management and supervision skills required

·        Project management qualification an advantage

·        Quantity surveying experience an advantage

·        Prepared to travel

·        Excellent knowledge of Gantt Chart and MS Office programmes.

The key responsibilities of the Construction and Development Manager are as follows:

·        Manage all sales teams within the business

·        Work closely with Area Operations Managers and Club Managers

·        Work closely with the marketing team to achieve the optimum marketing strategy

·        Achieve business sales targets (with existing & new customers)

·        Analyse comparative cost & CPP’s

·        Prepare market reports about competition

·        Provide detailed feedback reports regarding the sales performance

·        Prepare and follow up the sales budget
