Who We Are?

Marmassistance was founded in 1986 to provide medical, technical, travel and legal assistance services for foreign tourists travelling in and to Turkey.
In a short time, we expanded the reach of our operations in light of the needs and wants of our clients. Today we operate in a huge geography including Turkey, European,  Balcans, the Middle East and North Africa.

While we offer our solutions to a clientele from various industries, the majority of our partners are comprised of the world’s leading travel insurance and assistance companies from all over the world next to the major car manufacturers/importers operating in Turkey.
 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fresh graduate or having 2-3 years of assistance or call centre experience,
• Graduate of reputable universities of related fields
• Having career goal in assistance sector,
• Fluent Speaker of English (both spoken & written)
• Teamworker, be able to work on shift based hours
• Result-oriented
• Problem-solver
• Have customer-oriented approach
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

The person will be responsible for:

•  Taking calls and making necessary organizations and dial ups,
• Coordinating customer relations with the assistance / insurance company abroad and service provider in Turkey,
• Continuously sustaining flow of information to the assistance / insurance company of the client.
• Calculating guarantee of payments granted reciprocally.
