We are looking for Business Development & Strategy Manager / Associate who will be responsible for several value-added tasks in the organization:

• Supporting the interaction with foreign entities and managing business development activities with international business partners
• Following new developments and trends in our industry, reading trending articles, tracking developments with international players and key geographies; making relevant summaries, reports, presentations based on those
  
• Working on building business plans, financial and operational analysis
  
• Supporting tasks with international and local acquisitions, joint ventures, partnership discussions
  
• Preparing company profile/presentation and brochures
  
• Market research to evaluate existing / new export markets
  
• Supporting marketing and R&D efforts when necessary
  
• Making presentations for various purposes
  

Requirements / Skills

• Graduate from a top tier university preferably in electric & electronics engineering because of the nature of the product type, but other engineering backgrounds, as well as business degrees, are also acceptable
  
• Experience in Management Consulting / Investment Banking / Transaction Services / Business Development & Strategy or similar kind of work environment
  
• Accounting, finance exposure is necessary
  
• Working in a manufacturing environment could be a plus, but is not necessary
  
• Very fluent in spoken and written Turkish and English
  
• Have an excellent command of MS Office programs, specifically advanced PowerPoint, Excel skills
  
• A demonstrated capability for analysis and strategic thinking
  
• Demonstrated leadership skills, personal integrity, and initiative taking
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills
  
• Comfortable functioning both independently and as part of a team, meeting stringent deadlines while working on multiple projects and maintaining the highest work quality standards.
