Ak-Pres Metal Yedek Parça Mak.San.A.Ş. which operating in Sakarya location and we are looking for a teammate who will work as a "Project Manager" with the following characteristics.

Role Definition:                                                                                              

·        Management of a project team of 4~6 engineers . Reporting to Senior Manager

·        Development and management of project planning according to customer master schedules

·        Development of strategy, risk and resource planning for new projects

·        Development of part feasibility studies in cooperation with relevant technical divisons and suppliers

·        Development of RFQ packages and specifications for die & equipment suppliers selection

·        Management of die and equipment suppliers from kickoff till final buyoff in line with company standards

·        Making sure that sub-component suppliers complete their project preparations and get PPAP approvals on time in cooperation with Purchasing Division.

·        Ensure that equipment and process preparations are completed on time and pass customer audits

·        Ensure that sample approvals are obtained from the customer on time

·        Ensure that lessons learned are effectively applied in new projects

·        Ensure that communication with customer is effective and satisfactory

·        Regular reporting of Project Status and Division KPIs to upper management

·        Regular reporting of Project Status to customers

·        Ensure Engineering Changes are managed correctly

·        Make sure that SAP "PS & MM Module" inputs are done by project divison on time and correctly.

·        Preparation and management of Project Budgets

·        Ensuring that profitability is secured with respect to agreed commercial package with customer

·        Supporting business development activities by making technical presentations to customer

·        Continuous development of own business processes and contibute to development of technical standards

·        Taking part in projects that are planned to support strategic planning of the company

·        Working location is Ak-Pres Hendek Plant, but possible also to take responsibility of projects in our Slovenia Plant, or other Küçükoğlu Holding plants in Turkey

Required Qualifications:

·        B.Sc. in Engineering Departments of a reputable university,

·        8~12 years of experience in automotive industry, preferably prior experience in a management position

·        Prefarably experienced in sheet metal processing technologies (stamping, welding, etc)

·        Excellent command of English (German knoowledge would be a strong plus),

·        Preferably project management experience with German and/or Japanese OEM companies

·        Good knowledge of IATF16949 and VDA processes,

·        Strong leadership skills

·        Strong interpersonal skills necessary to lead a team

·        Effective communication and presentation skills,

·        Team player, flexible, high energy and self-motivation,

·        Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

·        No travel restriction (national & international)

·        Willing to relocate to Sakarya or Kocaeli
