KT&G Türkiye sells its world-famous cigarettes in the Local and Export Markets. We are looking for a “Supply Chain Manager" for Supply Chain Management Department to work in our Tire, İzmir Factory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Good command of SAP and MS Office tools
• Advanced level of written and spoken English.
• Experience in FMCG industry will be a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain.
• Experienced in managing both white-collar and blue-collar teams, possessing leadership qualities.
• Experienced in import, export operations and international logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead a team, report the activities and distribute the workload.

Job Description:

• Negotiating with suppliers and customers for best prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines
• Planning, production, and inventory control.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
• Warehousing process optimization
• Logistics, cost, and schedule control
• Vendor management and new vendor development 
• Collaboration with central functions and support of general strategy and initiatives.
• Optimization of the supply chain in terms of cost and performance.
• Overseeing internal and external logistic processes in the region.
