QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate preference is a graduate degree from Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
• Ability to analyze and understand technical drawings
• Knowledge in Quality Management Systems
• Familiar with testing and measurement devices and relevant equipment
• Excellent understanding of English; spoken and written

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating and updating current ISO management system documents
• Preparing PPAP, FMEA and 8D reports
• Establishing Quality Management System procedures and processes
• Actively involved in each stage of production to prevent production related issues
•   Use of measuring devices such as; torquemeter, caliper, micrometer, gauges, tensile, etc.)
•  Extensive use of MS Office
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Preferably experienced in IATF 16949
• Processing and reporting of incoming goods
• Evaluation of customer complaints and initiation of corrective actions
• Establishing of quality targets and ensuring that the Company quality policies are adopted by all employees
• Provide necessary trainings to personnel and raise awareness on quality,
• Track and implement all calibration activities
• Recording customer complaints and share them with the relevant departments
