Maintenance Supervisor

Our group which is one of Turkey's largest conglomerates and continues to grow steadily, is seeking for a Planning Engineer for our newly established company.

GENERAL FEATURES: 

·         Engineering degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

·         Min. 3 years of maintenance experience with team management in a manufacturing environment

·         Maintenance management system knowledge

·         TPM knowledge and experience in implementing TPM

·         Knowledge of the issues of adapting machines and devices to the minimum health and safety requirements

·         Effective interpersonal skills in terms of communicating and managing the maintenance team

·         Excellent organizational skills in the areas of project management, time management, and work prioritization

·         Knowledge of MS Office

·         Good command of English

·         Military service must be completed for male candidates

·         Located in or willing to move to Gaziantep

·         Fluent in written and spoken English

 JOB DESCIPTION:

·         Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

·         Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

·         Check utility (electric, Pneumatic, etc.) systems of buildings to ensure functionality

·         Manage investment and Capex activities

·         Manage spare parts purchasing and stock keeping

·         Set and follow up planning maintenance activities

·         Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff

·         Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

·         Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

·         Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

·         Develop continuous improvement activities

·         Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

·         Ensure the compliance of health and safety policies

·         Reporting to deputy factory manager
