As a Pastry Commis, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Decorating pastries and desserts to enhance their presentation
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of all pastry and dessert items
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to coordinate pastry and dessert offerings with the overall menu
• Assisting in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or special requests
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
