PROCESS ENGINEER – PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production processes,
• Advanced level of English knowledge,
• Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate all technical activities in production lines assigned to her/him in line with Environment Health & Safety guidelines and ensuring 5S3R standards.
• Manage continuous improvement activities within the associated production lines.
• Follow up production performance of assigned production lines. Initiate and realize necessary actions for achievement of production KPI's.
• Ensure daily business of the production activities in assigned machines are done and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation accordingly.
• Responsible for continuous technical knowledge improvement of production personnel in assigned MP lines and communicate with his/her superior for training needs.
• Coordinate implementation of technical activities within associated production lines in coordination with given directions by superior.
• Participate and lead assigned safety, production performance, and quality improvement projects. Organize improvement studies and take corrective actions in order to eliminate repetitive customer complaints.
