We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our Finance team.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Engineering, MBA degree will be a plus,
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in similar positions (audit firm experience preferred),
• Good knowledge of IFRS accounting and reporting standards in particular consolidations,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Team player with good communication skills,
• Very good analytical, detail orientated skills and logical thinking,
• Residing in İstanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements such as cash flows, accumulated profit & loss, balance sheet etc. in accordance with IFRS,
• Monitoring monthly net working capital and cash conversion cycle levels,
• Coordination of audit/review process with external auditors,
• Supporting the development of controlling and reporting systems,
• Controlling both statutory and IFRS journal entries,
• Determining and analysing of key financial indicators such as Operating Cash Flows etc.,
• Checking for variances for any deviations to last year, strategy,
• Ensure all underlying records are in line with accounting policies,
• Involve in yearly strategy processes,
• Ensure costs and expenses are in line with company policy and correctly recorded,
• Review internal controls to improve control weaknesses, and implement new processes,
• Work on ad-hoc reports and projects related to HQ requirements, company performance, KPIs, finance systems, processes, and digitalization.
