Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university,

• At least 3 years of experience with global automotive OEM-Projects, especially PSA, STELLANTIS, and TOYOTA within the quality organization of an OEM Tier1 supplier,

• Experience of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, including system development,

• IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certification required,

• Knowledge and experience of core tools APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and IMDS,

• Experience in active usage of problem-solving methods (PDCA, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, and Kaizen),

• Knowledge of inspection and measurement techniques, calibration, laboratory testing,

• Basic TPE or Plastic Injection knowledge is required,

• Experience in technical drawing and geometric tolerancing,

• Knowledge of Solidworks, Autocad. Knowledge of CATIA is preferred,

• Experience in Lean Production techniques, including Process Development,

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, decision-making, and proactive problem-solving capabilities,

• Analytical-minded, goal-oriented, and initiative-taker,

• Well-organized, self-driven with strong cultural adaptability and flexibility,

• Skilled at team-building and effectively working with cross-functional teams,

• Very good command of English both verbal and written (Interviews will be conducted in English),

• Advanced computer skills, including QDMS, MS Office applications, and ERP/MRP programs,

• Valid driving license class B,

• No restriction for traveling, domestically and internationally,

• Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul Anatolian Side,

Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Quality and Process Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Participating in the development, implementation, improvement, and maintenance of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, conforming with customer and regulatory requirements and promoting consistency throughout the organization,

• Working in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement and lean management techniques to improve process quality and efficiency,

• Monitoring and improving internal metrics (scrap/waste ratio, customer claims, cost of non-quality) and customer indicators/ KPIs and developing action plans with the team to achieve the targets,

• Participating in customer audits and following up on corrective and preventive actions,

• Planning and conducting internal audits to allow the sustainability of observed quality systems (5S, Reverse FMEA, products, processes, systems),

• Monitoring and managing the closure of all non-conformances and customer complaints using formal problem-solving techniques including 8D, PDCA, and leading the team to resolution,

• Managing and maintaining the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming/in-process materials, components, processes, and finished goods to meet customer and safety/regulatory requirements,

• Ensuring the completeness and archiving of all relevant products/process data for traceability and product liability,

• Performing external supplier audits to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System,

• Monitoring and developing supplier quality to ensure that all components fulfill their specific requirements,

• Ensuring the accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices,

• Leading, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies,

• Developing training schedules for assigned employees to guarantee precise personnel development.
