Duty Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operation of the hotel and ensuring exceptional guest experiences, by handling guest inquiring and complaints, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

Responsibilities: 

·      - Ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.

·      - Ensuring the overall security of the hotel, conducting patrols, intervening in situations that may endanger the safety of individuals or property,

·      - Always being proactive to ensure guest satisfaction, ensuring timely fulfilment of requests and demands. 

·      - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including resolving any billing or reservation discrepancies.

·      - Making explanatory statements for actions to be taken the next day and writing guest issues in the MOD report if necessary

·       - Act as primary point of contact for emergency situations and provide appropriate responses as needed Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities. 

-     - Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards.

-      - Being solution- oriented, having well-developed organizational skills,

-     - Documenting any damage to property caused by guests or employees.

·     - Addressing special requests and complaints from guests by communicating with them to resolve situations within the framework of guest satisfaction.

     - Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient workflow and seamless communication between departments.

    -  Prepare and submit daily report on hotel operation including occupancy rates, revenue and guest feedback

 -  Assist with special projects and events assigned by hotel management.
