QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
| - Assist incommunicating to Accounting agency regarding tax, accounting documents and other accounting related issues as needed |
| - Assist in communicating or dealing with vendors regarding invoices, etc. |
| - Collecting vendor invoices, and all other documents related to accounts and monthly book closing |
| - Assist with other accounting and admin works as required |
| - Monthly checking of tax payment status in the tax website |
| - Regular updates on tax/ accounting/ finance law and announcement in TK |
| - Checking annual payables or annual duties and payment deadlines to TK government/offices |
| - Assist in communication to public offices or bank in Turkey if needed |
| - Maintain and update asset records |
| - In charge of banking - Company Director's Secretary job - Visa, Contract, Translate (Turkish-English) REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS |
| - Basic accounting experience |
| - Tax knowledge (not mandatory but an advantage) |
| - Basic knowledge of financial reporting in Turkey |
| - Excellent in MS Office |
| - Organized and great attention to details |
| - Experience in bank transactions and communication |
| - Confidentiality |
| - Good Coordination - Female ONLY ENGLISH CV'S WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION |
