QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

HM.CLAUSE, a Company belonging to the LIMAGRAIN Group (more than 10,000 employees worldwide), is specialized in research, production and sales of vegetable seeds to professionals. HM.CLAUSE employs around 3000 professionals in over 30 countries and achieves a continuous growing turnover. To support its development, HM.CLAUSE Tohumculuk is looking for a General Manager Assistant based in Antalya Turkey.

Job summary:

Provide the necessary assistance to facilitate and organize General Manager’s workflow. To be in contact with employees, customers, partners, visitors…

Main missions:

The role will be to realize the following missions under the responsibility of the General Manager of HM.CLAUSE Tohumculuk :

  • Perform administrative and secretarial support, 
  • Collect, verify and compile different reports, files, documents and information,
  • Prepare, manage and follow up the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly agenda for General Manager,
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings in Turkey and abroad,
  • Manage cross-team projects that need coordination with different departments,
  • Prepare the agenda for Management meeting, Sales meeting etc.,
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations,
  • Take minutes during meetings,
  • Manage the telephonic circuit,
  • Translation of required documents (Turkish-English / English-Turkish etc.)     
  • Other responsibilities could be given in accordance with the performance and skills of the candidate


Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Qualifications: 4 years University degreeClass B driving license.
  • Experience : minimum 5 years of experience in similar position. Experience in an international environment will be appreciated.
  • Technical Skills :Fluent or native in written and spoken English, Intermediate French level will be appreciated,Perferct command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to learn and utilize new and unfamiliar software and technology. Possessing excellent reporting skill is essential to this role.
  • Other skills :  You have a great sense of service and confidentiality. In addition, you have developed interpersonal skills such as teamwork, empathy and effective communication. You have exceptional organizational skills and you can organize others. Ability to handle multi-task and time management skills will help you to succeed in this role. You are dynamic, proactive, flexible and presentable. Additionally, you are rigorous and force of proposal. 
  • Localization :Position located in Antalya. Travels in Turkey and abroad can be required.
