Milk’n’Roll, designer and producer of outstanding calf rearing solutions, is looking for “Production Responsible” to be in Bursa Karacabey.

Job Purpose:

To make sure in-house and outsourced productions are aligned with the production guide lines and guarantees the quality goals are met.

Duties:

• Leads investigations and make recommendations for cost reduction activities related to man, machine, methods, and materials.
  
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to determine product specifications, support arranging the purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluating products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Works within the team and department in order to follow best practices and meet production and quality goals.
• Coordinates and controls in-house and outsourced production in accordance with production plan in the area of responsibility.
• Determines and creates infrastructure to standardize the production processes.
• Works within the team in order to follow best practices and met organization goals.
• Reports any issues related to manufacturing performance, process, and safety to management in order to ensure safety, compliance with regulations and to facilitate continuous process improvement.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing engineering role required, or a combination of education and experience.
• Computer literate in MS Office software (Word and Excel).
• User of AutoCAD and SolidWorks or equivalent.
• Able to interpret product drawings and to make tool and fixture drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as analytical skills.
