Hassan is one of the leading Technical Nonwoven Composite Textile companies, located at Hadımköy/Esenyurt/Istanbul.  We are looking for a team member to take part in R&D specialist position which reports directly to the R&D Manager, with the following qualifications; 

• Bachelor degree in the area of  Textile, Chemical, Metallurgical, Materials Engineering and /or Master degree in one of the following areas: Polymer, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering,
• Preferably knowledge in Polymer Science and Technology,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Development and/or R&D Department as specialist/assistant specialist,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must (a second language is preferred),
• Good knowledge of ERP and MS Office Tools
• Being able to travel occasionally,
• A perfect communicator and team player in multi-cultural environment, having a strong work ethic, being self-motivated and proactive, having analytical and problem solving skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residing in Istanbul (preferably on the European side near to Esenyurt, Bahçeşehir, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Büyükçekmece, Küçükçekmece)

 JOB DESCRIPTION

 The position will be responsible for;

 Mainly;

• Contributing to all design and development studies carried out in our R&D center for already produced and new products,
• Presenting creative ideas in product and process design, and development activities by regularly and continuously scanning and researching the R&D news in the sector and literature,

• Coordinating and following-up of national and international markets and new product projects within and between departments in the process from raw material procurement to product promotion, 
• Preparing of project budgets and time plans,
• Monitoring and control the execution of projects in accordance with the budget,
• Taking an active role in the development of prototypes within the scope of the projects,
• Analyzing and evaluating the prototypes within the scope of the projects,
• Regularly updating project status reports and providing necessary information,
• Supporting the preparation of project presentations,
• Searching the literature in the incentives and equity projects required and provided by being an R&D center, writing the project report and providing access to the relevant Institution Portals,
• Preferably having experience in project management of HORIZON 2020/EUREKA/EUROSTARS, TÜBİTAK TEYDEB University Industry Cooperation Support Program including project proposals, application follow-up and system entries,
