Groupe Atlantic Site of Izmir is looking for a new HR Part-time Student!

We continue to product in Gaziemir Esbaş location with more than 400 employees.

Qualifications required:

• 3rd year student in a bachelor program( Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Economics, Labour Economics, Human Resources Management,Business Administration...) or student in a master program.
• Good command of English both written and verbal  (Candidates must apply with English CV only)
• Good at Microsoft office program
• Team oriented 
• Able to work systematically
• Improvement mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Eager to continue his/her career in HR 
• No obstacle to work 2 or 3 days in a week.
  
  Job Description 
• Support to HR team on recruitment, training and performance development
• Conduct to HR's operational tasks 
• Improve kaizen projects
• Manage the digital HR projects 
• Being responsible from some HR KPI Report's and presentation
