About us

Responsibilities: 

Reviews all contracts within the scope of our organization's workflow, address contract requests from departments, proposes revision suggestions, provides the final version of contracts, prepares and provides legal documents with due diligence.

Identifies and analyzes all obligations within the scope of our organization's compliance with KVKK & GDPR, ensure the execution of KVKK & GDPR processes, and sustains legal processes preventing potential violations of privacy rights within KVKK & GDPR.

Possesses expertise in KVKK and GDPR regulations and has experience in legal proceedings related to these areas.

Prepares and maintains the inventory of personal data.

Ensures the accuracy of Verbis records.

Actively participates in all contract processes in collaboration with legal units.

Establishes and reviews policies and procedures within the scope of KVKK and GDPR.

Evaluates and tracks requests received within the framework of KVKK and GDPR.

Monitors and assesses the implementation of decisions made by the board, provides evaluations, and develops appropriate recommendations.

Evaluates existing and newly designed processes within the framework of KVKK and GDPR.

Contributes to and ensure the follow-up of training/awareness activities within the company related to KVKK and GDPR.

Reviews contracts within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law and takes relevant actions.

Prepares the inventory of third-party entities with whom personal data is shared, determines deletion or destruction periods, and creates relevant commitments and records.

Provides accurates direction for legal processes and offers solutions.

Provides legal support to company departments in line with contract requests.

Qualifications:

University graduation from relevant departments.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy/legal departments of law firms or companies.

Proficient in Information Security, KVKK & GDPR topics.

Preferably holds ISO 27001 or CIPP/e certification.

Experienced in compliance with KVKK and GDPR.

Experienced in Information Technology Law.

Possesses analytical, solution-oriented, and result-focused work skills.

Has coordination and task-follow-up abilities, with advanced judgment skills.

Capable of providing accurate direction for legal processes and proposing solutions.

Strong corporate representation skills.

Proficient in MS Office programs.

Good command of English.
