QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Able to work as an expat in our companies abroad

-Determining the company's market entry strategy and determining commercial targets including the product range.

-Creating a business plan for product and sales distribution together with the Marketing Department.

- Ensures the effective implementation of the determined marketing strategies in the field. By showing a proactive leadership, it takes responsibility for the solution of the problems that may occur in the field as soon as possible.

-Creating the sales and marketing plans of the products within the group in line with the sales targets. In addition, the preparation of an appropriate action plan for the opportunities that will occur, including issues such as marketing, supply planning, operation and R & D.

- Determination of new products according to the needs in the market, determination of sales and distribution channels and targets in this direction.

- Planning and tracking the business plan and achieving the targets

-Having knowledge of brand management and good sales practices.

- Establishing the sales team and leading the team that will create the spirit, determination and culture of working and success in accordance with the structure.

- Responsible for KPI management and development.

- Preparing sales evaluation reports regularly and when necessary.


 QUALIFICATIONS

- Undergraduate or Postgraduate Education (MBA preferred)

- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Turkey. Working with new products in new markets is a priority.

-Customer and market experience

-Experience and knowledge in marketing and management

-Knowledge in basic financial statements, Balance Sheet Profit/Loss statement and budget concepts and management. Financial

-Operational effectiveness

-Having good financial management skills, knowledge of investment costs and returns

- To have management and sales management knowledge

-English as a foreign language is important but not essential

-Be prone to computer use, MS Excel, PowerPoint

-No travel restrictions


 Basic Skills

 -Making strategic decisions, making data analysis, applying suggestions and recommendations, predicting developments in the sector, sound evaluation and appropriate decision making.

-Setting and managing result-oriented goals

-Good customer service mentality

-To be reliable, capable of communication, persuasion and negotiation, and to be able to assume the leadership of the team.
