We are looking for a 'Marketing Director' for our client who operates in the FMCG sector.

Job description

• Developing consumer-oriented and business-resulting strategies related to the product group for which he is responsible, and having superior knowledge of consumers, business partners, environmental conditions and the company in order to develop these strategies.
• Leading the development of brand/product business plans; To ensure that business plans are in line with the company strategy, creative, consumer-oriented and based on a solid business logic. Thus, ensuring that business plans produce sales targets, profitability, market share, brand indicators and other KPI targets.
• Establishing result-oriented, productive, positive energy relationships with Production, Quality, R&D, Sales, Finance and Purchasing departments and creating a coordination environment.
• Managing and evaluating relationships with advertising, below-the-line, media, research, etc. agencies to ensure the best implementation of plans.
• To improve the business and marketing management knowledge of Product/Brand managers and prepare them for broader responsibilities and authorities.

Qualifications

• University degree in related departments
• Minimum 15 years marketing experience in FMCG sector
• Team management experience
• Excellent command of English
• Location: İstanbul
