Duties and Responsibilities:

As Junior Financial Operations Specialist, your role will involve:

• Managing and addressing daily client requests, in close collaboration with IT, Treasury, and Backoffice teams to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
• Forming effective partnerships with the Sales and Marketing teams to expand client base and enhance sales performance.
• Executing a range of operational tasks, including but not limited to system maintenance, business continuity efforts, and customer relationship management, all aimed at ensuring smooth business operations and superior customer interactions.
