Truck Dispatcher 

Freight International is seeking a highly motivated, sales driven and hardworking dispatcher with a background in trucking industry.

The primary responsibilities are; booking loads for company trucks and owner operators, organize the daily dispatch of drivers as well as resolving issues that arise about the loads. Our logistics operation is in USA within 48 states.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

 - At least a year of Transportation Experience or equivalent

  -Negotiating Best Rates for Trucks

   -Handling high volume of inbound/outbound calls. 

   -Ability to build good relationships with drivers and owner operators.

   -Planning future workloads.

   -Conflict Resolution.

   -Extreme Multi-tasking.

   -Knowledge of time/distance and state geography

   -Customer Service and Leadership Skills

   - Computer Skills

   -Forward Thinker

   -Job Type: Full-time
