• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Mechanical)
• Fluent English skill, both written and spoken
• Minimum 3 years logistics,warehouse and transport operation experience (FMCG preferred)
• High level of analytical skills
• Strong time management skills and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Proactive, curious and able to work under pressure
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Based in or willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli(Our factory located in Gebze)

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing and reporting daily/weekly/monthly operation KPI’s, meetings with related 3PL, monitor and analyse daily operation,
• Managing and checking inventory transaction in order to make sure live inventory to supply orders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time.
• Closely deliveries tracking for on time delivery KPI,
• Create and manage efficieny projects.
• Creating action plans for Operational demands requested from Logistics Department,
• Leading Productivity Improvement and Saving Projects, OpEx and 5S projects and trainings,
• Analyzing the data and processes to create opportunities for new improvements,
• Ensuring sustainability of Work Safety and taking measures with HSE Department,
• Defining WMS development needs and collaborating with solution partners.
• Executing the different duties and responsibilities that given by Operation Management.
• Sustaining the Warehouse tidiness with relevant area responsibles.
