QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage procurement of materials, including issuance of purchase orders for supply, coordination and follow up on deliveries
Evaluate and plan requirements for supplies and raw materials
Track inventory of materials and ensure accuracy of inventory records
Assist shipping/receiving/warehouse duties as needed
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, complex and fast-paced team environment
Ability to review information and take action, good communication and problem solving skills
Additional responsibilities and duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 year of procurement, logistic and/or warehouse experience
Computer Literacy, to include MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
Familiarity with a ship and equipment prefably
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Possess excellent attention to detail
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately
Strong communication skills
Minimum Intermediate level of English required
Preferred Candidate
More than 1 years of experience
High School(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
